In this first stage, the approach is 100% manual and gentle. We perform lymphatic drainage exclusively with our hands, respecting the healing process, incisions, and muscle repair sutures. If you have drains or open incisions, we use them to facilitate fluid release. No machines or devices are used at this stage, ensuring maximum safety and comfort.
